Hey, sorry. I'm on a temporary hiatus due to mother dearest sending me to a "psychology summer camp." I'm done trying to get her to understand me. Won't be able to update for at least 2 weeks, maybe 3. Thank you for reading and I promise to write as soon as I can.

Finally finished reading Eleanor & Park. I knew I'd love this book after the first chapter. It had a really good story, relatable characters, it's not over dramatic. It's like The Fault in Our Stars, but better. Honestly, I didn't just fall in love with the story, I fell in love with the characters too. Everything about this book made me want to experience it myself. In a way, I want to know what love is. If you've read the book, you'll see what I did there. There were a few errors, and while I'm normally very critical of minor errors, I'm completely overlooking them. The story in itself is so good that I don't care about a couple contradictions. Love is a contradiction, and this book is love. I give this book 4.8 stars and I recommend it to all of my readers.

Just finished reading The Host by Stephanie Meyer. *shudders* I don't like Twilight, but I tried not to judge this book based on the books the author wrote previously. A good plot, but overly dramatic almost all the time. Not every scream is "piercing". Although somewhat cliché, the author does know how to write about love. At least, in my opinion she does. I don't know much about the subject myself, but Stephanie Meyer seems to capture the persistence and tenacity of love. This book, while very over dramatic and lovey, has inspired me to start a journal on Wattpad to write down my thoughts and share them with you. All in all, I give this book a whopping 3.5 stars.
