They are not just spreading fear for fun; it is a whole organized system. The wraiths love gossip, so they can't wait to share. This will be coming next week for Chapter 31.

Important change in story. A father's betrayal just got a major update. In previous version it was written Lina had not seen the torture scene between Kaal and the intruder. In this new version she does. This does not effect how the story ends. However, after consideration I realized it was important that Lina see this side of The Enforcer.
