@Woyospecial2 Thank you for your comments! Perhaps kissing as a form of affectionate expression is not a racial difference, so much as a cultural one. Almost all of my stories have kissing- fair warning- although I stop there and do not describe any other, intimate acts.

@JulieMullen7 yeah I am. It's a nice one really. You actually got me wondering why Grace would be fighting someone who had helped her because it's not Christian until I saw the reason later.  And as for the romance aspect, I really do not appreciate kissing especially in Christian books but I don't know- just curious- maybe it's the habit of the whites to kiss as expression of love even when not married to each other.
