I don’t really know how to say this properly, but lately I’ve been feeling a little disheartened.
When I started writing this novel, I never expected it to become famous overnight or get thousands of reads. I just wanted to create a story that felt real… something people could connect to, something that carried emotions instead of just words.
Every chapter I write takes time, energy, imagination, and honestly… a piece of my heart. I stay awake thinking about scenes, dialogues, characters, and emotions so that the story feels alive when you read it. But sometimes, when there’s very little response, it makes me wonder if my efforts are even reaching anyone.
Still, despite all of that, I continue writing.
Because this story means a lot to me. These characters have become a part of me, and this novel is more than just a hobby now. It’s a place where I pour feelings I can’t always explain out loud.
And to the silent readers — the ones who read without commenting or reacting — thank you too. You may not realize it, but even your presence means more than you think.
Sometimes writers don’t need huge praise.
Just a small reaction, a comment, or even a simple “I liked this chapter” can motivate us enough to keep going.
So if you’re reading my story, thank you for being here. Truly.
I’ll keep trying to improve, keep writing, and keep giving my heart to this story, hoping that one day it reaches the right people.
