Regarding How We Became Us Series.
Hey everyone!
So... This may not be the news you want to hear if you are waiting for book 2. I'm sorry.
I had finished writing book two and was about to go into editing it. I realized I hated every word I wrote and deleted everything. So, now I have to restart.
Out of curiosity, would you be mad if I killed off Andy and Shay? Like they did in the show? Because I have written like five versions of this book, I keep going back and forth about Andy and Shay's character being a part of books 2 and 3. Let me know in the comments, because I really don't know. The (new) storyline can work with both being alive, or one being dead, but I don't know. Part of me wants to kill off Andy because that's how the show starts, but another part of me wants to keep Andy alive because I love writing Andy. I've been re-reading some of my old works and loved having Andy in the story, but there's no Andy in the show. Andy in the books would give me a lot of different writing paths and more options for how I want to start. I don't know. The same goes with Shay.
I feel like a dog chasing its tail with this and I figured I might ask you guys.
