A Southwest Born, PNW Raised, Southern transplant. 
My writing was poetry in my teens but when I truly decided to write a book, was in 2008. I've been writing off and on ever since. I have one solid completed book that I look forward to launching this year. My heart feels excited and nervous to present it to you all. I hope you enjoy it. 
A little quirky facts about me:
* I didn't like coffee until I was in my late 20s, but always loved the smell of it. 
* I am deaf in one ear and can read lips pretty well
* My favorite language is Spanish, but I don't speak it well. I can usually understand quite a bit though. 
* Music and movie lines are usually used during conversations where they are least appreciated. Ex: Someone: I got hit in the face. Me *In a deep voice*: "IN THE FACE...." 
* My birthday is right on the GenX/Millennial line. 
* I fell in love with books because of #HarryPotter but I fell in love with READING because of #TheShack
