Hi guys some of our admins are still locked out of our account.. and sadly the gmail of the founder is no longer accessible. Wattpad crisis has pushed us into quite a crisis indeed.
As a co founder myself, m in a quite helpless situation... Since I'm the only one accessing the account, my responses will be delayed.

I'm working to recover the account for my fellow founder admins..oh if i ever change devices, logged out, the we'll lose this account.. We wouldn't want that. No never. Hi guys.. due to some annoying wattpad glitches, we admins are unable to operate this account on our phones and laptops like we usually do. It wont let us login at manytimes and logs out asking us to reset password. The password reset won't work either. Its a glitch....
Somehow we are able to post this announcement. Please understand that the issue is still on and its all wattys glitch.
Please be patient... we're always working our best, checking from time to time.

@melanin2340001 we've found out what it is..but the thing is currently we're logged in from just one device, that's me..yeah.. and logged out of others. we're a team who work together and things can't progress without all of us having access.. and sadly we've lost access to the gmail account used to create this profile.. and now we'll wait for a few days to see if watty will fix it. Else we js have to manage with what we have. Plus m suffering from headaches this week so work's on halt, normally I'd ask other admins to take over but that can't happen now damn. I ask you all to be little patient.. thnx. we'll work it out somehow

@Writers_Glory the reset password is for security issues. There are hackers going around invading apps. Twitter got hacked already. Wattpad is forcing everyone to reset their password as a safety precaution. To reset your password, just click on forgot password[ since you can't log in] and wattpad will tell you what to do next
