Is your sonic fanfic an alternate take on the adventure games? considering the fact that it takes place in the sonic adventure 1&2 setting, tails just now introducing the tornado, and possibly no connections to Heroes or even the classic games

It's weird finishing a story you've dedicated months of your life to. Undertale: Fallen Angel has reached full completion! This story is my proudest work so far, both narratively and structurally. Still, I have a lot more to learn as a writer, so now that the bar is set, only improvements from here on out.

On a personal note, Undertale is one of my favorite games of all time. Its world, characters, and the endless fan content created in the wake of the game's popularity means so much to me, which is why it was important to personify that love in a story about redemption and moving on. To everyone who read it, sincerely, thank you!

After spending the last six months writing something so serious, my next fan novel is going to be fun and freeing. Can't wait to share it with you guys! Have a wonderful day.

@ArcanianKing Thanks, King! It was an amazing experience writing it.

Hi Wyman. I was wondering if I could put a little idea past you. I was wondering if you would consider doing audio versions of other Fanfiction works from other writers. If so, I happen to know a potential story which would be suitable, I think, for an audio adaptation. It’s a work called Revengful Resistance. Written by TGN.

WymanStep

Hey, GTE! Thank you so much for the suggestion. Not going to lie, hearing this idea is very tempting, as it would be wonderful to spotlight other authors and bring to life many impressive stories for a new audience of auditory viewers.

However, in order to adapt these stories, I'd need the permission and consent of the authors, who most times are understandably uncomfortable with someone else handling their baby. There's also the fact that making Full Cast Audiobooks takes a lot of time and effort, as it takes a group of VAs, script formatting, and a plethora of editing to get chapters out consistently. And with college, as well as my own audiobooks I'm trying to work on, that doesn't leave a lot of free time on my end. So for now, I have to decline the idea, however appealing it may be.

I'd love to see someone else more capable try this! Again, it sounds like a REALLY cool idea, and could feature so many underrated writers. It could be a hub of neverending fan content.

And so it is finished! My Sonic the Hedgehog Fan Novel which I began working on back in November is finally complete, making it the longest written project of mine!

I love the Sonic the Hedgehog series with all my heart, and it was a wonderful feeling bringing my version of these characters to life in what is essentially my 100,000-word love letter to this franchise.

Work on my next written project has already begun. It'll be something mature, and way more along my alley, since this was my first time writing something appropriate for kids lol. Like Sonic, I can't wait to bring this next story to life.

But who knows... maybe Sonic's story will continue? (Okay, I'm dropping all vagueness, there are a million ideas for a really cool sequel swarming in my head. Eventually, I might write it, but if not, then I'm satisfied with the current ending).

Thank you to those who supported the book! Keep writing and reading everyone ✏️

Hello, everyone! Just making a quick announcement that Wyman's Sonic the Hedgehog is a quarter-way finished! This is the most fun I've had writing in a long time- mostly because Sonic is a series I love and I'm having a blast with these very familiar characters while also throwing in new creative elements here and there. If you haven't checked out this book yet, and you're interested, feel free to do so while you still have time to catch up!

Chapters release everyday, usually in the mornings. (US Central)

Premeire time! The first chapter to my latest Wattpad work: Wyman's Sonic the Hedgehog, is out now! This story is my own personal iteration of the iconic Blue Blur and his story. For this one, I went wild and prioritized having fun with adapting this iconic character. Check it out if you're interested!

@WymanStep Well, speaking of Cool Sonic stories. Did you know that there are connection between Sonic and Miraculous Ladybug in the same way as Miraculous Sonic?

Hi, guys! It's been a little bit since we talked, but I have an update to share regarding my next project. Unfortunately, the next novel I was in the midst of writing: Foggy Nightmare, might be canceled. The reason for this is simply creative disinterest. I had the entire story planned, each of the characters planned, and was about 15 chapters in before I gave up. I don't know why, but I just lost interest. Every time I've motivated myself to continue the project, I just couldn't. It's weird since I was looking forward to returning to the world of undead horror and there were some cool ideas I was excited to execute. But it's just not a narrative I was happy with. Part of it could be contributed to zombie saturation and how you can't do anything new with the concept. Who knows, lol. To avoid this situation in the future, I'm not going to announce or hint toward ANY future projects until I am CONFIDENT they'll be published. Thank you all for your time.

Hey, everyone! On March 31st, my horror anthology novel: The Other Side, was wrapped up. I owe a lot to that novel since it got me back into writing and sparked my creativity again.

But with that finished, what's next? Well I don't want to reveal much about my next project in case I change some details, but what I will say is it'll be another original story that I'm personally really excited to work on.

The reason for this announcement is to inform anyone interested in my work that it may be a while before any of you see anything new. I've decided to take a different approach when it comes to publishing. Instead of releasing chapters as they're written, I'll be writing the entire novel first and then releasing the chapters daily.

I have no idea when I'll be finished, but I'm going to be aiming to complete writing at the end of the year, with an ideal word count of 75,000 words or over. Thank you all for your patience!

WymanStep

Hey, everyone! Just a quick update regarding The Other Side. It turns out the novel will in fact not be ending May 15th. Turns out I underestimated how long it would take to get finished This is why I hate public release dates. I don't want to rush the finale, but just know the story will be coming to a end at least by the end of May.
