Its where I don't care what gender, sex, color, etc you are. All i care about is the kind of person you are and the good in your heart. NO it is SO NOT BISEXUAL. There's a lot more to it than that. BI means you like guys/girls, where as pan means you like guys, girls, transgenders, gender queers, and anything else as long as they have an amazing personality. You're basically blind to appearance and go on personality.
