Sooo, I have heard from the great vine that Wattpad is starting to delete writers books if they are not finished or aren't updated enough. You know me; I take a while to update my books, and I end up taking them back and redoing them again because I get easily bored of how they are either written or just look. So I'm making my books all completed, even though we all know they definitely aren't. Now you might be wondering, "Dragon, why would Wattpad do that? That's so childish and unfair!" Yes, it is childish, unfair, and just plain stupid. Apparently some kids have been complaining and whining about writers not updating enough or stories not being finished, and somehow they got Wattpad themselves to start deleting Writers stories. I'm just letting y'all know that if any of you guys complain about me not updating fast enough or taking too long, I will make every single one of you wait a week to read the next update. I'll make sure that I put your user names in it to state that " So and so decided to be children and whine about the update not coming soon enough, so because of them, the next chapter was pulled back and wasn't published when it originally was going to be published." If y'all don't want your name out there and getting bashed on by others who have the patience and understanding that we writers lives don't just revolve around our stories and that we have other things we have to do, We are people and have things to do other than let you all live your fantasies in our stories. So with my little rant done, I am now going to say that my stories are 'complete' *wink* *wink*

Well, whenever you decide to write, I’ll be here! Write what makes you happy, thats what I’ve been doing. I mean adding draconic creatures into a creeper story is extremely offset from anyone else’s perspective but to me, I’ve made it fit into the narrative really well regardless of whether or not it will push readers away because of the concept. Writing is all about escaping reality whether or not you decide to publish the work. Those who wont agree with your story can simply stop reading and go elsewhere if it happens to not live up to their expectations. No harm done, as long as you are enjoying your creation. On the subject of wattpad deleting stories, I’ve always been suuuper paranoid about something like that happening and my stories disappearing, so I always have backups copied and pasted into word or google docs. If you value it enough, make multiple copies in different places and you will never end up losing them.

@VivicaNight Idk, I just heard of this from another writer and was worried for my stories that I was writing at the moment. I'm a slow writer and get easily distracted and put things off a lot, so my stories don't get updated as much as they should. I also have a bad habit of changing stories after awhile because I sometimes fall out of love with how I wrote them or how I made them look, so I redo a lot of my books. When I heard about this happening, I freaked out and started to make all of my books "complete" so they wouldn't be deleted. Also, I would love to do an Alien vs. Predator story, but I'm worried I won't be able to live up to people's expectations with such a beloved series. I might, though, when I have my other books fully published or am far enough along to start more.
