First official baseball practice today! (Not softball)

Alright guy's so yesterday in gym I may have broke or fractured my arm but I went through the pain all day and even through volleyball practice. Today I found out it was not broken nor fractured and that I have swelling and a bruised bone. 

Time for an intense work out. So far been running 3.660, that's my distance so far.
