How it will be is this male reader who is wandering new vegas either the sole survivor or the lone wanderer until he stumbles upon a large green house covered in huge vines, so he goes inside to find giant mutated plants of all types, tropical, poisonous, and much more where they look alien like and finds this huge flower that opens up and a beautiful redhead woman with green skin and green eyes and red painted nails that looks like Poison Ivy from Arkham Asylum and welcomes him and tells him about herself who was originally a botanist until the bombs fell and the combination of both the radiation and chemicals, mutated her and after hatching from a pod, emerges where she can control plant life and mutate it by using spores that she can create from her lips that can combine animal or human DNA with that of plants and before and after the bombs, she was trying to get pregnant after her husband cheated and left her, leaving her heartbroken. So now that the male reader is here, she wants both, to adopt an orphan and get pregnant by having him go an a quest to fetch some medical equipment for sperm and pregnancy and the orphan can be either be boy or girl and after completing the two things, she has him ejaculate and for her to experiment with the sperm cells by using her spores that combine plant DNA with the sperms and then kisses the orphan where her plants cocoon him/her and after that, she injects the sperm back into his testicles and has sex with her where she is impregnated and a few months later, the orphan emerges and had become just like his/her new mother and a few more months later, she gives birth to so many seed like objects where they hatch and come out offspring that look like a combination of their mother and father.
