There's not really any point to this I guess... I'm just nostalgic 
          
          I've been neglecting Wattpad for a while haven't I?
          
          It's just not the same website anymore. I've been using this site for almost six years, and watched as it changed from having the reading screen on the left side of the screen and only taking up a fraction of the page to a complete revamp of the site and now a new logo and — what's this? Monetisation?? Scandalous!!
          
          I found this site when I was nine years old and thirsty for the next Percy Jackson book — House of Hades. And when I searched up the story title, I got a bunch of Wattpad links for continuations and alternate storylines that fans had written. This was when I first found fanfiction. It later takes over my entire life but that's the present.
          
          I've made a lot of friends on this website. I've also completely lost contact with all of them. It's sad but I realised this site for what it actually is — the lowest quality website out of the big three (FFN, AO3 and Wattpad). 
          
          It's a great place for original stories and I've found a decent amount of great fanfiction here too. But the sheer amount of utter garbage I've had to sift through has been so annoying. I'm not going to be reading anything from this site any time soon. Most of it's just marriage contracts... and billionaires... and players... or God forbid, bad boys!
          
          I'm not abandoning it though. If it strikes my fancy, I might add another oneshot to IOWCH. I'm happy to chat with anyone from the good old days (ew I sound old). But if you want to read my writings, I've moved over to AO3. My username is PARADISETRAIN12.
