Hey y’all !
I know i haven’t uploaded in a minute but as a black creator in this time I’m tired. I’m tired and drained, scared, confused, hurt, the list of feelings is endless. However, now isn’t the time to stay neutral and passive in a defining moment.
It’s the time to speak up and speak out and stay active in a community that i am largely apart of by nature and choice.
What is happening right now and has been happening for generations is unacceptable. This amount of loss is unacceptable. If you stand behind it, or the president in office you do not stand with me or my art/writing.
Black Lives Matter, they have always mattered and it’s about time that the narrative becomes more than just a slogan but implemented within this lost society.
Organize, donate, sign petitions, make the call, protest, speak out and up!
Do something, do anything, but do not do nothing.
Because it’s “One day or Day one” and I’ve already made that choice for myself. Justice Now! Not tomorrow.
