I'm back from a long hiatus here. I finished the second draft of Synthetic: Genesis and am trying to find beta readers. I may or may not post it here, I'm still debating that. If you're interested in being a beta reader for it, let me know, it will help me decide. In the meantime, I have started another series just for fun that is a modern/urban fantasy. The first few chapters have already been posted here, if you're interested in reading them. I'd love to get some feedback on it. It's called Revelation in Blood.

I've decided that I'm unhappy with what I've written of my second draft of Synthetic: Genesis, so I'm taking it down to start fresh. Luckily, I wasn't that far. I also think it might help me to post the whole draft once it's done rather than posting chapters as I write them. That will allow me more freedom to go back and change things without confusing any readers. So, for the time being, I'm taking down Synthetic: Genesis again.

Chapter 5 of Synthetic: Genesis has been posted.

Seems like I was able to get two chapters out in one day. Once I start a project, I hyperfixate. Third chapter of Synthetic: Genesis is available to read for anyone interested.

Wrote out chapter two of Synthetic: Genesis today. For some reason it came out a lot easier than the first chapter, but it's also shorter and from a different character's point of view. It should be available to read now.

It's been a long while since I've been on here. It looks like they removed the forums since I was last around. Which makes it a lot more difficult to do anything useful here, but oh well. I've finally started working on Synthetic: Genesis again. I got discouraged for a while and stopped writing it, but now I'm ready to work on a second draft. I wrote the first chapter tonight and will be posting it soon. I'd appreciate any feedback I can get from beta readers. I really want to publish this story someday, so I'm committed to making it work. Here's to nothing, I guess.

I have unpublished Synthetic: Genesis until further notice. It needs serious revisions to the point where I need to start from scratch with it. As I work on that, I have something else in the works already as well that has helped me to develop my writing skills greatly. I have finished part one of an entirely different story but it needs to be edited before I will post it here. It started off as a fanfic on A03 but has the potential to be an entirely original story completely unrelated to the fandom I originally wrote it for. Once I have made the appropriate changes, I will post it here as an original story. It will likely only be up for an undetermined but temporary amount of time, but I hope it will be enjoyable nonetheless. It's not ready yet, but keep your eyes peeled. As for anyone that was interested in Synthetic: Genesis, that concept is not gone forever, I just need to heavily revise it, so it will be very different when it reappears here. It will also be only available for an undetermined but temporary amount of time on wattpad once it is finished, but it will be quite some time before it is ready for that. I do hope to publish both of these stories I am working on in the future through either traditional or self publishing someday, but only time will tell if I will be successful in this. I hope you are all doing well. I know I have been absent, but that's largely due to life being absolute hell right now. I think many of you can relate. Still, I send you all well wishes and want you to know I am still alive. Hang in there, guys.
