Ay I got a question, now that my 5k word official 19th chapter of my Backrooms Novel is out, there seems to be a big obstacle to me making more chapters of it.
Weirdly enough, it's another one of my books, the Colgar one. I just wanna ask u guys, should I continue updating my Backrooms Novel or start updating the Colgar book instead? The Colgar books more popular which is kinda why I'm asking this. Plz I need to know :)
Hey does anyone feel that when they watch a show or read a book (anime & manga in particular) they feel the main character feels too cringe? There's this term I use for it called MCE, or Main Character Energy. Like when someone says: "I'll do it my way!" it feels cringe af.
Ngl I try to avoid it, cuz MCE just feels weird. Here's a tip: Try to make sure your character doesn't take up too much space against other characters, if a realistic vibe is what you're going for. Peace!
Alright! We're officially at the exact halfway point of my Backrooms 001 novel with my 18.5 (19th) chapter! That does mean it'll be 37 chapters, but the second halves definetly longer than the first. It's probably the deepest chapter yet of the series. So enjoy!
Finally, after over a month, I am done Chapter 18 of my story, and now have a special chapter planned before Chapter 19. Honestly, the wait was because of my schedule, motivation issues, and just how hard it was to think of ideas and to actually write the chapter.
But, now it's finally done. A 4k word chapter. Be ready for something special. Enjoy!
