Ok. I really like your writing style. So that's not really a problem, but the first chapter of your book makes the plot seem really predictable. The whole "you and me should date to make your ex jealous" plot is really overdone in fiction. I don't know where yo plan on taking he story, but from the first chapter I assume your going to plat out the trope and have Ryder and Brynn end up together in some way, shape or form.
            
            There are many ways to avoid or make the trope more interesting if you want any suggestions on how to improve.
