No. The Filipinos mainly speaks in Tagalog and English (but there are also other languages. that's too many to mention.. *Sorry I'm too lazy -w- *) I just can somehow understand some Japanese words or phrases mainly because I always watch anime that only have subs not dubbed (well ... I'm not really fond of dubbed videos.. :/ ) ... because of that I somehow learned how their language works not totally just the frequently used phrases mostly greeting phrases... Well that's pretty much it. (=^_^=)
