1. Write stories that you like and enjoy, this is probably the most important part of writing a story, just have fun with it and write what you actually like
2. There are a few guides on YouTube which are pretty entertaining to watch, You can learn a lot from them. An entertaining YouTuber to watch is overly sarcastic productions with their series trope talk where they talk about various tropes and stuff, so that you don’t be too generic with your stories or characters and a serious actually professional novelist who is a YouTuber who also makes great guides is Jerry Jenkins, he makes great writing tips and stuff on his YouTube channel which I like to watch
3. For consistency (I might not be the best person to give advice for this since I haven’t written in a while lol), a good tip I found online is set a time for you to write and have a goal of writing at least one word or sentence a day. Usually before the writing process you won’t feel like writing sometimes but when you start and write it usually is more than one word. I did this for my first story and managed to actually finish it, sometimes my 1 word/sentence can turn into an entire chapter done in a day because I was so motivated after just writing that one word/sentence that I thought of the storyline for the time.
