The company my mom has worked for almost 20 years was sold several years ago and has since gone down hill real fast. Today they laid off 50 more people in IT and customer service to outsource to India after the original 50 last year. One of those people is the father of my childhood best friend and has been there longer than my mom. He recommended this job to my mom. He's been nothing but loyal and hardworking.
          
          Now they're supposedly out of debt (after needlessly building an extension that's been sitting empty for 3 years) but they're losing just about every loyal employee they could have.
          
          My mom is too worried about being fired to take a mental health break that she desperately needs today and there's nothing I can do but be livid.
          
          They bought a great company from great people and tried to fix things that weren't broken and now everyone is suffering for it.

My 94 year old grandfather decided to take a shower at 4 oclock in the morning and got me all worried about him and waking my mom up so I wouldn't be worried alone
          
          He couldn't get back to sleep. So he decided to shower. Before dawn even showed her ass crack. I wish he just turned on the tv like a normal person and showered in the daylight. How am I supposed to sleep after that paranoia? Help

10 minutes ago my grandfather told me I looked like I was feeling better after 2 weeks of feeling sick.
          
          5 minutes ago I threw my back out lifting the toilet seat lid and almost my entire foot is purple from when I twisted my ankle a week ago. The past 7 days have been a struggle.

Why can't doctor's offices communicate? Like, I've been using an expired inhaler for a month and I called last week to get a refill, but it was only when I called back did you bother to tell me that I can't get it from you? If you had told me that when you decided, than I could be one step closer to not using an expired inhaler.
