Well, fuck me, rewriting a large portion of chapter 2. Sorry for the lack of updates. Lack of motivation and school is catching up to me.

Hope to get an explanation on the lore of Azur Lane here. If you don’t know, it’s fine, but are the names of the factions the name of the actual country, or just their navy?

How much am I stuffing into one chapter? Anyway, I estimate there'll be at least 5000 words.

Well, I've been procrastinating for the past two days... barely moved from 2700 words. 

Chapter 2 is about halfway done.

Well, I feel like going on another rant. Here I go.
          Azur Lane fan fics, some good, I won't deny that, but most absolutely dogshit. 
          Lets go over ONE troupes I've seen far too many times, and absolutely hate.
          The Former Perverted Commander trope, so the MC has some form of tension, but in an otherwise cheap and poorly executed way. Seriously, these are overdone to hell, and about EVERY book involving this cliche troupe never executes it greatly. Seriously, doesn't take a genius to realise why its a extremely flawed concept. Let me put this in a logical format: If there was a single instance of a 'bastard commander', you would think High Command would y'know, make the qualification for being a commander a tad bit stricter? And not only that, have multiple supervisors on the base to ensure something like that doesn't happen AGAIN. 
          BUT NOPE! THOSE BOOKS SAY FUCK LOGIC AND HAVE MULTIPLE BASTARD COMMANDERS ONE AFTER ANOTHER, LIKE SERIOUSLY, IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH THINKING TO SEE HOW UTTERLY STUPID IT IS
          Not only that... Shipgirls are way more stronger than the average human, like for fuck sakes, they're literally a real machine of war with a kawaii desu skin pasted over them, so them being 'taken advantage of' makes no sense in my eyes, since one flick will all it takes to send them flying out the window.
          Then, the MC coming to save the day... ooh boy, where do I start...
          Commonly, the shipgirls absolutely hate the MCs guts for merely existing, borderline murderous intent just because they breathe the same air. Of course, those feelings immediately go away when all it takes is a single act of kindness to get them all to go 'ooh noooo, maybe we misjudged you because of the past commandersss' before cutting to a 5000 word lemon scene.
