Hello, Xwar. Apologies if I'm interrupted your time. I want some... Let just say, a question for you. As you can see, I currently making a new fictional nation that has reach Type 7 civilization called Union of Terran Federation. It's government ruled under a federal stratocracy where civilian and military govern the nation. It is basically a more powerful version of Greater Terran Union from Stellaris Invicta created by Templin Institute.
So, here's the question. How the Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia action toward a Union of Terran Federation if they somehow encounter each other? What will be Salvatia response to a more powerful version of humanity?
If you asking about races in Union of Terran Federation, there's at least about tens of thousands of species living inside the nation, but the majority of the population are still human.
So yeah, that's the question. Sorry for asking this. This because I couldn't help but wonder how things gonna happen if both nation encounter with each other one day.

@Osean_Federation Hello Osean! Sorry for taking too long to respond your question. But to let you know, here is my answer: The Sovereignty Republic of Salvatia viewed Union of Terran Federation both remarkable and cautious due to their governmental nature of stratocracy ideology that be part of constitution of multi-party parliamentary directorial republic. As for knowing their status of 7th-civilization tier, it would be shocking that humans just reach that scale. While they are cautious about them, they do not deny their pragmatic efficiency and they may look like similar to them. As for Xavier Salvador, he'll likely open diplomacy to Union of Terran Federation since they integrated different species under it and see them as potential human in that universe than most of the less potential humanity. He will get along with the leader of the Union of Terran Federation so long as the treaty won't be break.
