So you know the intrusive thoughts we have? Well I keep having one that's not really an intrusive thought but I would count it as one.
So you guys know how like sweaty your socks are after like P.E. or just working out in general? I keep on having an "intrusive thought" about squeezing it out and like drinking it or whatever- so I don't think my brain is physically or mental okay in any way, shape, or form
