Hey guys!
It's Amber and I've just about had it to here with random waves of stress. Like once or twice, maybe even five times a Day I get stressed for no reason and it sucks! Cause I can't talk right, my eyes start to water because I'm holding in tears for no real reason, actually today my mom asked me
"Honey are you Alright? Your eyes are red and watery"
I responded with a "Yep" In kind of an overly optimistic tone which I believe gave it away. Soo... Any recommendations on how I can prevent this... I know I'm probably not gonna get any replies but if I do, please tell me
