This might be ridiculous to ask but noticing how partially disconnected your fanfic has become, "Lurking in the shadows.", and you eventually had already forgotten about the plot, and role. I feel deeply surrounded to the fact that maybe someone should adopt the idea and continue it while giving the credits for the original owner for the idea.
So perhaps, may I ask for your permission to continue off where you left? I'll not copy off your 7 chapters directly, but rather rewrite them in my own relic and potentially change Y/N's characteristics as the plot may not go on the same direction since I don't know what was your plans, not to brag but I might add a few ocs too.
Credits will all be sent to you, I repeat.

@N00N3_101 Im sorry for not reaching out earlier! Wattpad hadnt showed me the notification and just now i decided to check on my message if it got any reply i might had skipped T^T. Regardless i want to thank you for accepting my request, though i might start on this idea after i finish off my current fanfiction im currently working on inshallah. Though im still trying to work out the role u seek but im worried if my few scarred theories might be wrong. So could u tell me the possible bullet point of the plot and role that u might still recall?? If u re not comfortable to say it on Wattpad then i suggest Instagram or Discord if u have any ofc^^

Hi hon! Thanks for reaching out. This wouldn’t be the first time that someone’s asked to do this with some of my work, though not as many writers have actually gone for it. I wrote Lurking in the Shadows the first time around when I was in the eighth grade… I think? It was definitely a long time ago. I’m a graduate student now and as much as I love reminiscing over this part of my life, it’s definitely starting to become a thing of the past. That being said, the fandom has become a whole new entity since I originally began writing, so I would love to see what my work would look like reworked! Sure, credits are appreciated, but I would also just love to see where you would take it! So by all means, go for it. Just make sure I get to read some of it :)
And that’s an open invitation for anyone regarding any of my work. If this had been 5-6 years ago, I’d probably care more about it, but nowadays I just really love seeing something I wrote so long ago still resonate with people. Go for it!
