I just read your bio... When people who really don't matter say mean ugly unkind jacked up things to you... just remind yourself that they don't matter so they say cannot possibly matter. If something someone says hurts or disturbs you write about... Then don't have to carry it around with you... You don't have to share it.. You just write it down and get it out of your head...
