Sending so much love to all my fellow Milwaukee people today and everyone whose been a fan of Bob Uecker. Selfishly I never thought this day would come even knowing it was inevitable. RIP to the best to ever do it. Summers will never be the same without you Uek  some tears have definitely been shed but there’s been just as many laughs and smiles reliving some of his highlights. 

(All important, but the main reason I’m posting is the last paragraph)
          Hi guys, hope you’re all hanging in there. 
          There’s a lot of terrible things happening in the world and there’s so much uncertainty about basic human rights being protected these next coming years in the states. I just hope you guys all know this account/my stories will ALWAYS be meant to be a safe space for everyone and a space of love and kindness. My heart is broken as a woman in America, and as someone with basic f*ing empathy, about the results of this election.  I just want you all to know that I’m with you and I’ll continue to be doing what I can to support and uplift those who need it where I can. 
          
          It’s a f*ing scary time to exist as anything but a straight white man in this country and it’s terrible that not enough people who don’t fit that mold understand that. But that’s their lesson to learn, not ours. 
          
          With all that being said, the proposed project 2025, while deplorable in every capacity, has banning “pornography” as one of its goals. There’s a lot of discussion happening right now in terms of what that means for fan fiction as a whole and if that means like sites like this (Wattpad) and AO3 will also be banned. In my personal opinion, they are only going to be coming for visual media. I personally do believe fanfictions will be safe but with how extreme the proposal already is, there’s no way to know for sure. That being said, should it come out that they are also coming for fanfiction, I WILL convert my stories to a google drive and make it shareable for all of you! If or when that time comes, I’ll post more information about it but at this time I hope you continue to enjoy my stories and maybe even revisit them while they get to exist here. Love you guys, and we’ll get through this! 

Just a quick update, I started editing MTB right when I finished FWB and have gotten maybe half through before I just stopped having time. So if you’ve read/reread MTB in the last 8 months to a year, that’s kinda why there’s a little “hiccup” in the middle of it. I have a full time job and an active relationship, which makes it hard to want to spend the time writing. Who knows if/when that’s ever going to get finished but sorry lol that’s where it’s at 

Once again, I’d like to reiterate that I own the copyright to my stories and that I’d really appreciate if that weren’t being infringed upon. 
          
          No, I’m not the first person to do a friends with benefits type story. However, there’s a difference in having a similar story line and taking things that directly also happened in my story and putting them in yours. I have spent hours and hours of my time putting out my stories for you guys and I’m still putting in tons of work into both of them for nothing other than I enjoy doing it. It’s a lot harder to enjoy  that and want to put in that work when people blatantly steal the same story lines and don’t even acknowledge where they got them/took inspiration from, especially when you’re having things that happened in my story, happen the EXACT same way in yours. 
          
          I love and appreciate all of you, and am over the moon about the success FWB and MTB has found and still continues to find, but please have the respect for me as an author, and have the respect for the stories that I put out, not to blatantly rip them off. It’s frustrating as an author in this community, especially when it’s one of your active readers doing it as it has been in both of the instances that I’ve felt compelled to post about.
          
          I still would like to thank you all for the continued support. All I ask is that you please respect me and my works that I’ve put out for you and not steal storylines/moments directly from them. As authors on this site, we get nothing out of putting our work out there, the least we can do for one another is have the integrity to respect each other.

          If ANYONE of you finds yourself in a position where you need access to resources or ANYTHING my messages are always open and I’m online usually at least once a day. This is an unprecedented time and I’m beyond disgusted with where we’re at in the United States and I’m terrified for every single woman in my life beyond myself that’s just lost access to this basic healthcare necessity. I will be joining protests as they come up and encourage those who are able to do so safely to do the same. I love you all, and I promise that I will always be a safe place in whatever capacity I can be. Be safe, be smart, and be LOUD.

I’ve been working on revising/rewriting Friends With Baseball. I’m incredibly happy to officially announce that I’ll be completely finished with in the next few hours!!! Overall, the story is the same, however there’s are NEW moments that were added, some moments that were changed, somethings that were taken out, and just overall the story is edited a LOT better than it was when I was initially putting out the chapters. It’s up to you guys what you’d like to do, if you want to re-read or not obviously, I’d love it if you did because I’ve spent a lot of time reworking everything and making it that much better for you all! As always, I love you guys, and thank you so much for the continued support! 

Happy New Years y’all!!! I’m 4 drinks in and on the verge of wasteyface but we’re thriving and probably gonna pull a page from JJ’s book and get nugs next! Hope 2022 treats you guys well, and we’ll see what’s to come from me ;) 

I just want to come on to say how much I appreciate Ryan Braun and I’ll miss being able to see him in a Brewers Uniform. He was the first player who’s Jersey I ever owned, I’d gotten it when I was 12 years old and still wear it all these years later and still appreciate him just as a player and a person for the city of Milwaukee and this small market team with the Brewers. No, the last 14 years hasn’t been all smooth sailing and I won’t ever claim that it is, but it’s been a hell of a ride. From the 2011 post season to now three consecutive post season appearances in 18,19,20 he’s been a huge factor in all of those and the fact he stayed with Milwaukee in 2011 after winning the MVP was huge for us and I couldn’t be more grateful to have gotten to watch him play and gotten to witness some of these incredible moments. It’s a bittersweet moment because on one hand, it wasn’t something that surprises me, but on the other, it’s sad to have to see this player I’ve watched since I can remember being interested in baseball officially retiring and not knowing that the last game I’d see him play in person was September 2019. It’s crazy having full confirmation that he’s done but I’m thankful for the time we’ve got with him and I’m grateful knowing I’ll be at the park on the 26th for his ceremony. Thank you #8. 

It’s a damn good time to be a Milwaukee Brewers fan, I’ll say that much
