Can I rant to someone for a second? Because right now, my mom is in our living room with my book, The Miseducation of Cameron Post, in hand, reading it with full intent to 'talk' with me afterward. The book is about a closeted lesbian living in the 80's and struggling with a conservative aunt (after the loss of her parents) who fully intends to 'fix' her. The book is teen rated and, yes, a little bit spicy, but it's also NOT MY MOMS. She walked into my room while I was showering and straight up stole it from me. GOD.
