The blanket is about a relationship between a grandpa and a grandson. The father want to send the grandpa away. So he give the grandpa a blanket. And they both kept part of the blanket. I felt that the son was very smart for telling his dad about cutting the blanket. And I felt the new wife had a big part for the dad to send the grandpa away.
