**Author’s Note – Updates Galore!**  
          
          Hey, Goblins!  
          
          The **PJO book is still in progress**, but things have been a bit slow. Some of my friends haven’t been able to make it to our campaign sessions due to schedules and sickness, and since we only meet *once a week*, it’s been tough to keep the momentum going. But don’t worry—I’ve got **filler info** from their first(ish) week at camp coming soon, along with the first chapter!  
          
          **In other news...** I’m considering starting a **Prime Defenders fanfic** to work on whenever I don’t have enough info (or motivation) to continue the PJO one. Just something extra to keep the creative energy flowing!

**HELLO, GOBLINS!!!**  
          
          Great news—Chapter One (**"The Bus Ride from Hell"**—title still pending, don’t come for me) is *almost* finished! I had to wait for the glorious chaos that was our first campaign session, but now that it’s done, I can finally get to writing.  
          
          Before the first chapter drops, I’ll be posting details on **how powers work, the gods, their personalities, and all that fun world-building stuff.** As for the characters themselves? Those need to be approved and written by the players because, let’s be honest, I am *famously* lazy when it comes to that (*looking at you, @Fireflowerdragon*).  
          
          Most of this nonsense is either **ripped straight from the campaign** or **heavily inspired by it**, so expect wild energy all around.

Hello, my little goblins! Yes, that’s what I’m calling you now—deal with it.  
          
          ANYWAY, I know I went back on my word, and for that, I’m sorry. But I come bearing good news! A **PJO fanfic is on the way!** I know not everyone is into that, and that’s totally fine—read what you enjoy, no hard feelings.  
          
          Now, why am I writing this? Simple. I’ve read tons of PJO fanfics, and while many are amazing, they never quite scratch that itch in my brain. It’s usually gender-swapped characters, self-inserts, or OCs getting thrown into the mix in ways that don’t quite hit right. It’s chaotic but lovable—kind of like me trying to rap today.  
          
          So, here’s the plan: this story will be **heavily** inspired by a D&D campaign I’m running, packed with PJO-style nonsense but set **after** Percy and Annabeth’s time. They’ll be in their 40s-50s, still around but not the focus. All of Rick’s original demigods will exist, but this story will take a fresh direction, fully my own.
