whatever is happening in your life, i hope it gets better for you. you can do it, you’ll get past through it. it’s easy to feel pressured by yourself and others around you, but sometimes taking a break really helps. breathe, pause and ground yourself. maybe then it will lessen the spiraling when you feel more safe and secure about everything if you decide to write and post here again, we’ll be here waiting <3
