What happened to your stories?

Hello! Remember me?

How would people feel if I wrote something that didn't feel like the original cause I don't have a connection to it anymore? Would that be alright? Should I just get rid of it because I no longer have that connection? Where have my ideas gone? Where did my passion go? 
          Nobody really has to answer. I've always had this concern in the back of my head every time I come back here to write a small bit for other story ideas that I have, which isn't often. So, I felt that I should at least ask if anybody really cares about it. 
          The "it," as you've probably have guessed is Elsword and even can be further put to the ships I used to love. I think I might have just grown out of it. But, if I could just ignore the fact that they are what they are, I might find some inspiration some day to continue the story.
          I never thought this would happen when I started this hobby of mine and I still love it. I want you all to know that I am thankful for the support you've given me even though I'm horrible at keeping up with any kind of consistent updates and my writing skills have kind of been falling off a cliffside for a long while now.
          I'll just leave this here and see what happens. Don't be scared to say something if you want to! I don't bite! I'm just very awkward.
          Hope you don't mind me spewing out random thoughts! Thank you once more from the bottom of my somehow-still-beating heart! <3
