Ways to really spice up your stories, at least in my opinion
- Never use I too much. Try to think of other ways to start sentences. Readers want a story, not a walkthrough.
- Think of an emotion, and stick to it. This gives your story a tone, and makes it more enjoyable.
- Play with vocabulary. If you REALLY love to write, looking through a dictionary is a great way to pick up some ideas, or find the word you were really looking for.
- NEVER put too many problems and side stories. It gets too confusing and puts everyone off track. If you do decide to add a problem, make sure it ties with the main one, or can lead up to it.
K that's all for now
