He's always been in love with making things, spaceships and rockets being one of them. With that fascination came one for  space itself, he soon learned of the Galaxy Garrison. Which was a place that his parents would never allow him to go, not after the invasion, despite this he always wished he could. One year his family took a trip to somewhere about a half an hour from the Garrison, 13 year old Remus decided to leave his parents in the hotel room asleep, take a bus to the garrison, and sneak in after hours. After about fifteen minutes there he was caught but surprisingly the man didn't seem angry but was rather reminded of a story one of his friends had told him about themselves. Soon they had spent a while talking and he had to go back to his hotel room, it was only then that he finally realized he had talked to the Takashi Shirogane. Years later he only saw him again as he stepped through the doors of the Galaxy Garrison as a cadet, it had taken 3 long years of dreaming but he was finally there. As the time came to select new paladins for Voltron he was surprised to find that he was chosen by the yellow lion.
