I know I’ve been MIA for months now and I’m really sorry that I’ve let the story just fall away. I have a wild year. It’s been filled with amazing new experiences and relationships as well as the loss of some friendships. My life is exploding around me in the best way and everything is starting to fall into place for me. Finally. Unfortunately, my writing has suffered as a result of everything else in my life taking the front seat. I should’ve been more committed to updating you all, and I want to thank you again for your support. I’m sorry I haven’t been responding to your wonderful comments. There are so many to go through so I can’t respond to everyone, but just know I love them and appreciate them so much. For now, Ruthless is on hold for the foreseeable future. I'm sorry. I know it's been so delayed. I'm really struggling with the story and going forward with it. I've written and re-written multiple pages of several different attempted updates but I'm not happy with any of them. I really thought that editing the last chapter would help me but I'm struggling with how that is too. I've decided that there are major changes I want to make to the story and plot and I have to go all the way back to The Alliance chapter and make adjustments. I just found an old version of an update that I lost and I remembered a lot of what I wanted to do with the story and had a lot of new inspiration. I'm really sorry that I haven't updated yet even though I said I would. But life has also gotten in the way. My mom and sister and I had a major falling out, I'm in the process of moving out, and I started working with my dad doing tree trimming and removal which is extremely physically taxing. I thought I was going to have a lot more free time, but it's been one thing after another for me. I'll update when I update, and that's all I can promise.

Hey guys! I'm so sorry again that I haven't updated yet. I know I keep saying this week or next week but I genuinely have been trying so hard to get some writing done. I'm finally back home and settled with little to no distractions. I've been sick and have had kidney trouble the last two weeks that's finally clearing up and my stress levels have gone down quite a bit. Which means that I'll finally have time to finish up the next chapter and edit the last one! I hit serious writer's block and I'm trying to think through it, but I think I can if I just make myself sit and write until it comes back to me. I will 100% for sure have a new update either this week or next. I really want to get back into this, and have steady updates for you guys. Alright my gorgeous people, here's what's up.
I know I promised once a week updates but holy Hannah has my life been weirdly and obnoxiously busy recently. I made two eight hour round trips last week, I've been sick, I've been busy with getting our house in order. Lots of stuff. I've also been babysitting more for extra cash and that can be draining for the rest of the day. Today I went to the ER for chest pains, but I'm totally fine, although my lungs are giving me problems from smoking so much. So today kind of went down the drain. Anyways, I promise I haven't been pushing off updating because I'm lazy, I've just had so much going on. I've been writing bits and pieces of the next update but it's going to be a long and informational chapter so there's a lot of details to get in. I also have to edit the end of the last chapter because I portrayed the scene differently than what I had wanted you guys to read. So. Please be patient or impatient, whichever you prefer, as long as you stick with me. I love you all and appreciate your comments and support! Thank you! Hey lovelies! So I know I didn't update last week and I am so incredibly sorry about that! I had kind of a crazy week. I got fired Monday, spent Tuesday and Wednesday cleaning up and repairing our yard and basement to start the process of moving, was gone most of Thursday and spent Friday with my sister, and then I went up to Two Harbors, MN this weekend and just got back last night. It's been hard to find the motivation for writing because of what happened on Monday but I'm determined to stay on track as much as possible. I will be updating Ruthless by Wednesday at the latest and I'm gonna try to update a second time later in the week but can't guarantee anything. You'll for sure get one update this week though! I have to edit the last bit of I Own You because a lightbulb went off in my head as to how to make it fit more naturally into the chapter. So be on the look out for that as well! Ya got alot on your plate right now, so just take your time and take care of you for now. Us faithful readers will still be here when you can get back to your stories.
