Hi 

I'm Dabney (no it's my real name).

I used to think my parents played a cruel joke on me by naming me Dabney. 

Over the years I've grown to love my name. 

I realized it's a name people don't easily forget.

I never had a classmate or friend that shared my name.

Although other people share my name, I've never met them.

I think it's an even rarer name for a female.

Now, at 22, I love that my parents gave me such a different name.
