I gave my phone two minutes to my mom and she erased EVERYTHING idk what she did but I don't even have an email anymore, so I can't log in instagram BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I need this email for my DRIVING LICENSE AND SCHOOL WHAT.DO.I.DO

THANK YOU SO MUUUCH but unfortunatly I don't have an Iphone, my mom found my email and thanks to her I have nearly everything back, only all my pictures are missing...

Its okay do not panic if you have an iphone
1-go to settings.
2-then scroll until you see mail.
3- then hit the “add account” button.
4-after that choose which kind of email you had for example; gmail or icloud or yahoo or outlook.
5-finally sign in to your account and put ur email and ur password.
P.S: if you don’t remember ur password i think u can resist using ur phone number or something anyways DO NOT PANIC it’s fine.
