I took a nap a while ago and since I woke up my head has been hurting and I feel so off rn

I want to talk about something to a certain someone, but I’m afraid because idk if I should bring it up like that.  Im afraid that we will not get anything or learn anything new out of this conversation and that it’s just gonna be sad or something..
