@Yourang20 It is but they are still considered to be books. You have never had to go through a publishing company but by doing so it vastly increased your chances of being noticed. With the creation of the interwebs one can publish a book and have it found all over the world. Just look at wattpad, I have readers from Australia to South Africa to a number of places in Europe. Granted those are my free stories but with the stories I have sold they range from much the same locations. Being brutally honest I will say that the self publishing bit can be a bad thing as well. I have come across some books that might have been written by a ten year old... Well I hope because if you are an adult and your grammar and spelling is worse than mine? God help you.

Hey, I think I got confused with your comment about publishing. I have two books on smashwords and Amazon. They are Dog Got Your Tongue and Wolf of the Emperor. If you look at smashwords you have to make sure the adult content filter is turned off. For some reason sex scenes activate it...

@Yourang20 I had considered that but even though it sounds wrong it would change the plot of the book. I started it with the intention of tossing all the standard rejected mate things out the window. If I changed that now it would change the story from what I want.
