          If u already watched barbie spy squad...... My oc's quirk was like patricia's there....... AND HER costume was similar to hers...... 
          
          My oc's backstory was at the age of 4, when she manifested her quirk which RARE, that night she was kidnapped to the reasons cuz SHE has the rarest quirk that just manifested...... But eventually got her back... Since that incident HER parents hid her.... Not so long when shes in junior highschool.... She go to Aldera junior highschool too, same with Izuku... 
          
          HER quirk was also powerful and makes HER uncatchable  
          
          At the age of 10, SHE trained her quirk in Los Angeles, underground the HOLLYWOOD sign there was a top secret agent agency that has a quirk like her or quirkless people train to get stronger..... The agency name was 
          "The International Intelligence and Innovation Agency (I3)"
          
          Her quirk's drawback was just getting tired or 
          energy drained

          •theres one button on her belt that activates stealth mode (i think its on the right) 
          
          •on the left, they are small little backpacks that's once you detach it from the belt, it became repelling backpacks
