Fun fact and maybe a little of a spoiler: 
          
          My favorite part of writing the "M.O.G.U.E.R.A. goes Maverick" chapter of my story is that despite Godzilla not listening to M.O.G.U.E.R.A. and then attacking him and forcing him to painfully immobilize her, M.O.G.U.E.R.A. still refuses to kill Godzilla and regardless of M.O.G.U.E.R.A. telling Godzilla to her face that he doesn't care about her status as Queen of the Kaiju Girls or the status itself as a whole, deep down M.O.G.U.E.R.A. does truly care for her, because he is now essentially ashamed of the fact he was created with the intent (at least by the UNGCC and GDF) of exterminating all Kaiju Girls even ones that aren't all that hostile regardless of whether or not they have their own children to protect.
