          She probably won't. 
          
          1st is Toby, yeah, that fox or dog is a character in the game and it's fucking omnipotent.
          
          2nd is Frisk with the feat of taking down a God of Hyperdeath and Omega flowey, beings that can manipulate the game and destroy timelines with practical ease.
           
          3rd is asriel, god of hyper death himself (Stronger than omega flowey and that version can already can close the game on his own, something this amiya wish she could do ToT). 
          
          4th is endgame genocide Chara, deleted a timeline with 1 attack, now people can say that she's stronger since that was just 1 attack but it's hard to say. 
          
          5th is Sans. While he seem weak, his Karmic Retribution and game mechanic manipulation helped him managed to damage and kill a Frisk that's 1 lv away from reaching lv 20 and became pretty much invincible. Amiya might be stronger, but clearly with her bad deeds of killing multiple worlds and timelines, the Karma damage will reach the point of basically a small bone will purple her whole health bar, and without magic item from the underground, she probably can't heal and the poison will eat her down.
          
          
          6th probably Gaster, just typing his name already reset the game so he can manipulate the game at around asriel or omega flowey's level, in deltarune he's even more powerful but since he play the role of an observer, won't say much.
          
          7th is nabstablook, he's already dead, so she can't kill him while he can still deal damage. Well, she actually can end him by destroying the timeline he's in, i guess it's possible that she's stronger than him.
          
          So, overall, Amiya will be around sans' ranking, which is 5th or 6th duel to him basically a hard counter to bad/corrupted people. She do aware of the player, but she can't manipulate the mechanic at some of the character's level, she still play by the tower defend rule, and that limit her. That's just my vague thinking
