I'm so saddened by the fact that The Lurking is likely not gonna get updated again, or at least not for a good while. It's like the main reason I've been yumeshipping (as people call it) with Evil Munci. And adding onto that, the fic has been the base for a lot of my daydreams, if I'm being truly honest—meaning I've been thinking of it daily.
I do always hope that one day we'll get another chapter but I've come to terms that we probably won't (at least not on this account), especially considering a post I saw on the page here that has since been deleted.
