So.... My whole team and I had enough and went to the director of HR and reported being underpaid and essentially being screwed over regarding our achieved targets and bonuses. Most of the blame fell on the manager as she only demanded more but provided ZERO solutions to the problems we are facing and refused to listen to our feed back. Hopefully HR takes action, if not...... SCREW THEM! 

Update on my current situation. 
          
          Dealing with a lot at work and university life simultaneously. It's a pain and honestly.... It's just gonna get tougher as the last two semesters are very demanding. Already hate waking up and have been feeling waves of stress, anxiety and depression. 
          
          Just wish God would accept my repentance and send me to heaven already. Not really enjoying life that much. I can barely find the time and will power to write my current story. If I wasn't dealing with so much, I might have already completed the story. 

Can someone do me a favor? Check out mycableconnection.com and let me know if it's legit. I think it's a load of bullshit. It's related to my work so I need yo know. 

Manager and team leader told us that we're getting a pay raise, Underpaid us the next day. Tomorrow, he and everyone are gonna have a real problem. 

Quick question, is HughesNet really that bad of a satellite internet provider? Cause I've only heard bad things about it. 

So.... I know... It's been months since the last chapter was published, I was stuck on a particular scene but finally got a way to make it good, already started writing and hopefully, I'll have time to write as much as possible by the end of this month. 
          
          Job and university is a struggle, plus the political situation isn't good and instability is a major issue as it's disrupting our lives. 
          
          The other job I applied for... Well... I got it but I didn't take it as the timing conflicts with the classes, plus a few major   are that more than half the office was empty on a working day, meaning that people quit in high numbers, clear sign that working there would have been absolutely terrible. They took the crappiest interview ever which lasted a few minutes... I waited TWO HOURS for that crap. I'm better off at my old job. 

I'm applying at a company a friend of mine works as a QA, she's encouraging me to join but she mentioned that it might be weird... I kinda agree... There's another branch of the same company where my current job site is but... I never saw anyone go in or out if that office. I'll check it out... Man.. Life is so confusing. 

So... I know that I haven't updated regarding the story. Worry not, I'm working on it, just some writers block.... But aside from that... I have discovered that I don't really belong in my new team, they are good people but I just don't fit in.
          Plus... The work environment has gown down by a lot.. 
          
          Our telecommunications team was suddenly told to start sales but customers already have better internet services but that's not the biggest issue... 
          
          The biggest problem is that if anyone who doesn't make minimum of 15-20 sales per month.... Their monthly income willing be reduced by 1/3.
          
          Already looking for another job and once I apply and get one. I'll quit without any notice. 
          
          Plus, one of my coworkers is a narcissistic piece of  and he was high during training, the manager didn't do anything. 
          
          To hell with this. 

Update: I met my new coworkers and they are fellow anime n game lovers. Already vibing with them and chillin. 

Well.... As soon as I clocked in, my manager told me that the boss says I'm being transferred. 
          Followed by how they didn't want me to leave the campaign because I was good at my job but keeping my now former teammate around even though she had less reason to stay. 
          
          At least I wasn't fired.
