So despite my best efforts, I couldn't get the chapter done in 3 days. I figured that would be the case. That being said, I made it 2000 words in. Hopefully by the time the next weekend roles around, I can get it finished. Until then, wish me luck. This school week is going to be a pain in the ass. 

So it's been a bit since I've updated ya'll on what all is going on. To keep it brief, I got my permit, which I mentioned before, and I passed the pre-trip examination. I now know all the parts of the semi that I need to make sure are undamaged and functioning before I get on the road. This week so far has been mostly backing drills with a 50 foot trailer. It's not nearly as easy as I first thought it'd be. I have also been taken out on the road to actually drive the tractor and trailer. Let me tell you, that was nerve wracking yesterday. Today wasn't nearly so. Doing pretty good so far, I just got to get through the next couple days and the following week before I can test out a d find a company. After that, I'll be on the road and able to actually allocate time to writing rather than either studying or reading some of the stories I've had on the back burner for a while now. I'll start working on another chapter of AWAR this coming Thursday. It probably won't be done by Sunday but I'll try since you guys have been patient through ne going to school.

So as it turns out, I had to go to the DMV and take the fucking test again, because taking three tests back to back the first time wasn't stressful enough. That being said, it is official I now have a Class A permit. One step closer to the goal, time to learn pre-trip. 

I passed. 

Alright guys, wish me luck. I'm about to take the test to get a Class A CDL learners permit. Think I got it down, but can't have enough luck. 

Alright, so chapter 28 is done. Its just under 3000 words. I tried to get a bit more but I'm on a time crunch. School starts tomorrow and I was wanting to get at least one more out before then since I'm going to be gone for four weeks. I'll still post on my page but as of the release of this upcoming chapter, every story I have will have to be put on ice until I finish school (Provided I don't find the time to actually write). I hate to do it, but I have to do what's right for me, and throwing myself into my studying is it. I can't afford to fuck this up, so my attention has to be on getting that CDL. As I mentioned in my last announcement, I'll still post these updates so that you all know that I'm still around. If you guys have any questions or just want to talk, you know where to find me. So another update and I'll be perfectly frank with you. Have not worked on the story in the last few days. The reason for that being two-fold. The first is that I found a fic that I wanted to read and have been binge reading it. Its so good that I'm considering scrapping the original idea for DMC in DXD and introducing the SMT series instead. It works, and it goes fucking hard. The next reason, and the more important one. I have, after the last several weeks of fighting to get the funding, have enrolled in Coastal Driving Academy. I'm finally going to school for the CDL. Let me be clear. I'm about to try and pump out as many chapters as I can before school starts because that's not going to leave much time to write. To be fair, I have kinda been slacking off the last few days but hey, find a good fic, your gonna want to read it right? My thought process is that I get as much out as I can before I disappear for a extended period of time. (By that I mean 4 weeks, and its not like I won't be posting announcements every few days anyway.) Anyway, sorry for slacking. Imma get to work now.

Sup guys, got a update. Chapter 27 is at 1200 words. I estimate it'll be around 3000 by the time it's done. 

Ok, so chapter 26 is done and will be up tomorrow at 8AM. I've been putting a little too much time into writing the draft for the next story, not to mention the studying. Meh. Next thing I put out might be a review, depends on if I can finally beat the last level. I've got words about that game. Regardless, thank you guys for waiting.
