My little age is 3-4 (strong willed & not potty trained) the problem is: I still have to think about it to use my nappy, even at night. It’s concerning me, I feel I have to be at least semi- diaper dependent to be my truest “little” self… am I being unreasonable? I feel I may be thinking too far ahead.

Take your time. Try not to stress out to much. If possible, take a day that is just you in the house and have a baby day. Make sure all the doors are locked and things that could hurt you (as a little) are put away. Then have fun. Put the tv on cartoons or a movie. Have your little toys ready. Maybe have a snack ready. Even a coloring book might be nice if you like doing that. But the most important thing is.....relaxing time.

Hi Zakary . I'm not sure if I am a part of the Abel community, that is, I am confused. I mean, I like baby bottles, and most of the time my behavior towards my immediate family is very babyish, like don't like being mature and infantile stuff interest me a lot. Usually I keep wishing I could be like a baby again. Are those any characteristics of being an age regressive or something or am I just being plain lazy?

You’re not lazy unless you’re lazy. But from what you said here, you’re what’s known as a little. That can be part of the AB/DL or TB/DL community. But that depends on your age. However, a “little” can not control when they regress, where an AB or a TB can. Do your research and try not to fall in with the wrong people.
