I will write suggestions once I see were this book is going towards since I don’t know what could be planned for the future but I have 1 suggestions and it is to let Tauny have a childhood friend to be her emotional support when she isn’t being a scout, a person that would be important to her life and fill her needs for a sibling that Levi once was. That childhood friend or friends are either civilians that they met during childhood who welcomes Tauny to her home when she is on breaks and that gives her support like a family member could that friends can’t, it can be a friend that is part of another regiment, Garrison or MP are both interesting choices as the way they initially meet is very interesting and their later impacts in the story can be huge, it can be an Ackerman and/or Asian clan person who initially connected with her because of their race, it can be someone she randomly helped thanks to her kind nature when she was younger, or/and it can simply be someone she lived with for a long time, like a roommate, neighbor, or anyone that lived close enough with her to have a ton of sleepovers wether they are children or adults
