If I used 3 MCs it would be like this: The first MC is a cheerful and childish person whose love interests are Lily, Annette and Sybilla. The second MC is a quiet and stoic person whose love interests are Monika and Erna, the third MC is a playboy whose love interests are Thea, Grete and Sarah. But if it's a single MC then it will be a Harem with Lily as the main girl.
