Wattpad is probably not really the place to be talking about this, hell, some of you probably don’t even watch YouTube, or already know, but I feel this is important to talk about.
          •
          So, article 13, for those who don’t know it already it’s a law that could be passed by the E.U that could end the creativeness that YouTube built itself on. It’s a copyright law that means that gamer channels, art youtubers, basically any platform that uses copyrighted images can be shut down. Now, what does this mean for the internet?
          So many youtubers can have their channels taken down because of copyright, and Youtube will just become a place for big companies that they know don’t use copyrighted material. 
          •
          Other platforms can be affected as well. Which is why I decided to inform you all. There have been instances of Wattpad deleting people’s books on occasion, but if this law is passed, then so many books could be taken down, because of images that aren’t theirs. 
          •
          Now, I may not be correct on this, but this is just what I know, there is one final vote being put out in January, so all we could do is hope for the best.

@ZeztyLemons ahh, yes, I heard about this a couple months ago by watching that video and I am concerned for everyone. Thank you for explaining it though. You did a good job. And no problem, I think this is an issue that should be discussed more on any platform that may be affected by this law of it passes.
