@ReekRap2608 At first I just wanted to write something that would be easier to publish than this other fantasy novel I'm working on. But the more I write Wish Upon a Vampire, the more I see my own soul reflected in it. I think subconciously, Rachel and Sebastian's toxic relationship represents my dad's abusive relationship with so many women, including my mom. It's scary how you can write your life into a story without immediately realizing it.
